Shipping + Handling

General Website Orders:

1. Typically take 7 to 10 business days to ship from our warehouse once the order is process + paid for.

2. Online orders are considered final + are not returnable. Order errors must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt of shipment and will be considered final thereafter. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours; if you have another situation please email us directly, we will work with you to find a resolution.

3. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received. We use FedEx, or UPS Ground shipping, based on cost affordability. On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total.
